MangoStrategy's professional team represents a talented group of strategic research and analysis professionals focused on helping our clients meet their business objectives. Everyone on our team speaks English fluently, has graduated from a top university, and brings previous business experience.

Giuseppe Parente, Research Manager, has extensive experience as a corporate researcher and professional editor. Prior to joining MangoStrategy, Giuseppe consulted for a number of Italian companies, helping them improve the quality of their English language websites and publicly disseminated corporate documents. Previously he was a research analyst with Institutional Shareholder Services, conducting corporate governance research and developing proxy voting recommendations on companies based in Australia, Italy, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Vietnam and other markets. Earlier in his career he also worked as an editor at Encylopedia Britannica, the English language's premier commercial reference work. Giuseppe graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and has an MA from Loyola University in Chicago, Illinois.
Stephanie Quizon-Srinivasan, Research Manager, brings significant marketing and analytical experience to MangoStrategy's clients. Prior to joining the company, Stephanie worked as an Asia-Pacific Market Analyst for Emerson Electric. Before that, she spent five years as a Research Manager with Institutional Shareholder Services' Manila-based U.S. proxy research team. Stephanie has an undergraduate degree from Manila's De La Salle University, and an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management.
Ana Chiong is a Senior Research Analyst with experience conducting a wide range of research and analysis deliverables. In particular, Ana has become a major contributor to the company's ongoing China Greentech Initiative. Before MangoStrategy, Ana worked for five years at The Thomson (Philippines) Corporation, during which time she gained significant exposure to private equity and venture capital markets. Ana earned a BS in Commerce (Financial Institutions Management) from De La Salle University, and is currently working to complete her MBA from the Ateneo de Manila University.
Manuel Lionel Basilio, Research Analyst, brings extensive entrepreneurial skills to MangoStrategy. In addition to his strategic research responsibilities, Lionel has taken on a number of administrative and technology roles within the company. Lionel was previously involved in multiple facets of his family's Manila-based lighting fixtures company, which markets its products to customers internationally. Lionel is a graduate of De La Salle University, with an emphasis on Export Management. He is currently working to complete an MBA at De La Salle University.
Bienvenido Esmero, Research Analyst, gained experience as a consultant prior to joining MangoStrategy. As a Project Development Analyst for MASICAP MSME, a Philippine-based NGO, Bienvenido worked with small and medium sized entrepreneurs to create project feasibility studies and external financing proposals. Prior to that, he served as a freelance business consultant, focusing on providing market research for start-up companies. Bienvenido has a BS in Commerce (Accounting and Financial Management) from Notre Dame University (Philippines).
Karina Jana Nerva, Research Analyst, is currently a member of a Dedicated Analysis team providing high-value knowledge process outsourcing services to a specific MangoStrategy client. Before joining the company, Karina was an associate at a Manila-based business process outsourcing provider. Karina earned an AB degree in Philosophy from De La Salle University-Dasmarinas, and is currently working on a graduate degree in the same field at De La Salle University-Manila.
