MangoStrategy is committed to using enabling technologies to continually improve the value we provide to our clients. Some of the technologies we use regularly include:

  • Client Website: Provides clients with personalized, password-protected web pages where they can download previously-developed strategic research studies, communicate with MangoStrategy staff, and access other important information.
  • Knowledge Base: Allows MangoStrategy staff to exchange insights, ideas and information about analysis templates, research sources, industry data, market knowledge, and other research tools quickly and effectively across multiple time zones, using collaborative applications like discussion forums and Wikis.
  • Messaging and VoIP: Enables us to communicate with clients and each other using instant messaging, Voice-over-IP and related applications, in order to maximize productivity and keep costs low.
