Employment Opportunities in the Philippines

MangoStrategy has ongoing career opportunities in the Philippines for staff assigned on strategic research projects as well as dedicated teams supporting individual client's value-added knowledge process outsourcing activities. All of our Philippines staff are based in the MangoStrategy Philippines, Inc. Makati Research Center, located in the Central Business District in close proximity to transportation, restaurants, shopping and other services.

We are presently screening qualified candidates for the following positions:

• Strategic Research Analyst: Entry-level research analyst position, responsible for secondary research, analyses and basic deliverables. Successful candidates will be graduates of a top four-year university program, have an excellent academic record, have exceptional English language communications skills, be analytical and detail focused, and have at least one year's professional work experience post-college graduation. Previous business research experience is a plus. Passion for strategic research and a willingness to work hard to become a research professional is a must. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French or other commercial languages is an additional benefit.

• Senior Research Analyst: Responsible for wide variety of secondary and primary research activities, in-depth analyses and more complex deliverables. Successful candidates will have all the attributes of Research Analysts, with at least two years' post-college experience in business research, consulting or comparable positions.

• Strategic Research Manager: Responsible for designing, managing and performing quality assurance on Strategic Research Studies, complex analyses and deliverables, project management, and for training research staff. Successful candidates will have all the attributes of Senior Research Analysts, with an MBA or equivalent degree from a top school, and at least four years' post-college experience in business research, consulting or comparable positions.

• Strategic Research Director: Responsible for an entire team of Research Analysts, Senior Analysts and Managers. Manages the day-to-day activities of the team, and is accountable for the quality of Strategic Research Studies and the overall performance of the research team. Successful candidates will have all the attributes of a Research Manager, with at least seven years' post-college experience in business research, consulting or comparable positions.
